Financing and rent to own programs referenced on this website are offered and administered by independent third party providers. Overland Trailers is not a bank, lender, credit reporting agency or financing company and does not independently approve, deny, underwrite, service or establish the final terms of third party financing or rent to own agreements.

All applications are subject to the applicable provider's eligibility criteria, approval process, verification procedures, documentation requirements, program terms and availability. Approval is not guaranteed.

Interest rates, annual percentage rates, deposits, initial payments, payment amounts, payment schedules, loan or rental terms, fees, security interests, insurance requirements, credit requirements and other conditions are determined by the applicable provider and may vary based on the applicant, transaction, trailer, location, intended use and provider program.

Prequalification, preapproval, completion of an application or communication of an estimated payment does not constitute final approval and does not guarantee a particular interest rate, payment amount, term, financing amount, rent to own agreement or availability of a specific trailer. Final approval may require additional documentation, identity verification, income or employment information, proof of residence, insurance, deposits, signatures or other information requested by the provider.

Any financing examples, promotional terms, payment estimates or other financing information displayed or communicated by Overland Trailers are for informational purposes only unless expressly identified as a binding offer from the applicable provider. Actual terms may differ. The final written agreement issued by the financing or rent to own provider controls.

Rent to own programs are separate from traditional installment financing. Ownership rights, title, payment requirements, early purchase options, renewal terms, return rights, late payment consequences, default procedures, repossession rights and other obligations are governed by the customer's agreement with the applicable rent to own provider.

Overland Trailers does not control third party approval decisions, credit bureau information, provider processing times, funding delays, provider system availability, application portal availability, third party technical errors, account servicing, payment processing, collections, credit reporting or other matters administered by an independent provider, except to the extent responsibility cannot legally be excluded.

When a customer follows a link from Overland Trailers to a financing provider's website or application portal, the customer is leaving the Overland Trailers website. Information submitted through that provider's website is submitted directly to that provider and is governed by the provider's privacy policy, security practices, terms of use, disclosures and application procedures.

Customers should not submit Social Security numbers, banking credentials, complete payment card information or other highly sensitive financial information through the general Overland Trailers contact form, standard email, text message or social media.

Taxes, title and registration charges, insurance, delivery, accessories, upgrades, documentation charges and other transaction specific costs may be additional where applicable. Final trailer pricing and availability must be confirmed before completion of a transaction.

Financing and rent to own programs may not be available in every state, for every applicant, for every trailer or for every intended use. Programs, eligibility requirements, rates, terms and provider participation may change without notice.

Customers should carefully review all provider disclosures and agreements before signing. Questions concerning approval decisions, credit inquiries, credit reporting, payments, payoff amounts, late fees, account servicing, collections or interpretation of a financing or rent to own agreement should be directed to the applicable provider.
